Amounts, payment methods and deadlines are stated in the quotation and confirmed in the contract. Depending on the project, an initial payment may be required before work begins, followed by one or more payments during the project. All terms are defined before acceptance, so you know from the start how much is due and when.
It depends on the project, but I generally need your copy, existing logo and visual identity, images or photographs, information about your services and any technical access required. Before we begin, I will give you a clear list of what I need and the preferred formats.
We can identify what is missing and organise the content before development begins. I can help with structure, image selection and visual content. If certain materials are necessary to continue, the relevant stage of the project will begin once they are available.
It depends on the size, content, number of pages, languages and technical complexity. The estimated timeline is included in the quotation before work begins. It also takes into account the availability of the required materials and the time needed for feedback and approvals.
If materials, approvals or feedback needed to continue are delayed, the timeline may need to be updated. A pause on the client side can require some stages to be rescheduled according to the next available dates. If that happens, we agree on a revised timeline together.
The number of included revision rounds is specified in the quotation according to the project. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed work; requests that substantially change the approved structure, content or functionality may instead be treated as additional work.
Yes. If something comes up during the project that was not included in the original quotation, we assess its feasibility, cost and impact on the timeline together. Additional work is approved before it is carried out, so no extra costs are added without agreement.
It depends on the project and the chosen setup. If you already have a domain and hosting, I can work with them when technically suitable; otherwise, I will explain what is needed and which costs are separate from my fee. Any third-party subscriptions or services are always identified before activation.
Once the project is approved, I prepare the final version, complete the agreed checks and proceed with launch or delivery as defined for the project. Before closing the project, I also verify that the requirements and payments due for that stage have been completed.
At handover, I provide the information you need to manage the parts covered by the project. Maintenance, updates, new features or later changes can be arranged separately if needed.
